Refuge Headquarters. E Merritt/USFWS. Click to Enlarge. When you are in the Tok area, please stop by and visit our new Tetlin National Wildlife Refuge headquarters at 1.3 miles Borealis Avenue. (Borealis heads off the Tok Cut-off just south of the Department of Transportation complex.) We are proud of our new, self-built facility and are happy to show it to interested folks.
